How to behave as a member of the Alephium Squires.

Welcome to The Alephium Squires.

As a Squires member, you represent a sovereign, principled Layer 1 and a community that values integrity, innovation, and respect.

This Code of Conduct outlines what we expect from every participant in the program. It exists to help us grow together with trust, clarity, and shared purpose.

1. Respect Above All

• Treat everyone - teammates, contributors, critics - with professionalism and empathy.

• No discrimination, hate speech, harassment, or personal attacks will be tolerated.

• Debate ideas, not people. This is a space for open dialogue, not ego.

2. Act with Integrity

• Don’t plagiarize content. Give credit when sharing others’ work or ideas.

• Never engage in spam, deception, or dishonest self-promotion.

• Represent Alephium truthfully. We don’t hype, we educate and inspire.

3. Be a Good Squire

• Support your fellow Squires and Guards.

• Share useful tools, give feedback, and participate in campaigns and discussions.

• Help onboard new contributors with patience and kindness.

4. Respect Confidentiality

• Do not share private program info, alpha, or internal materials unless explicitly allowed.

• If you're unsure whether something is public, ask the Quartermaster.

5. Report Issues Responsibly

• If you see something that violates this code, report it to the Quartermaster.

6. Violations

Breaching this Code may result in:

• XP/Reward suspension

• Temporary removal from campaigns

• Removal from the Squires

7. Live the Values

The Alephium Squires is built on trust, independence, and collective intelligence.

We are not here to follow orders, we are here to lead by example.

You are the Squires. Be worthy of the chain.
